About Rebecca

Rebecca organises and supervises all of the administrative responsibilities that facilitate the smooth running of the office. She takes care of the reception area and warmly welcomes guests. Her other roles incude organizing meeting rooms and their calendars, logistics communication, books flights, hotels and conference reservations both internal and external, gives support to finance team and ensures that office machines are functional e.g. copiers, stationery sourcing and record keeping.
